Opponents of Move to Raise Ethanol Blend Levels Come Out in Force on Last Day of EPA Comment Period

Opponents of the proposal to raise the blend level of ethanol in fuel from 10% to 15% -- including representatives of the automobile, beef, petrochemical and refining industries -- were out in full force on Monday as the Environmental Protections Agency’s comment period on the matter came to an end.
