Caltex: Biofuels, Electricity Tax Breaks Better than Carbon Taxes
In a July 29 speech to the American Chamber of Commerce in Sydney, Australia, Caltex Managing Director CEO Julian Segal argued against diesel/gasoline carbon taxes and instead called for tax breaks for biofuels blending and “green” electricity for transport vehicle fuels.
