According to a recent study by the non-profit Energy Policy Research Foundation (EPRINC, formerly PIRINC, funded by 35 domestic and international oil companies), the combined impact of massive “biofuels” mandates and big hikes in U.S. CAFE standards will wipe out all the projected demand gains for gasoline in the U.S. in coming years – and then some.
