U.S. Chemical Safety Board Investigating HF Releases at Joliet, Ill., and Corpus Christi

The U.S. Chemical Safety Board, an independent agency, is investigating two releases of hydrogen fluoride which occurred on Aug. 6 at ExxonMobil’s Joliet refinery and on July 19-20 at Citgo’s Corpus Christi refinery.
