Valero CEO Sees Lots of Value in Delaware City and Paulsboro Refineries

Valero’s CEO Bill Klesse emphasized the importance of the Delaware City refinery. Speculation that the facility could be shut down, as well as the Paulsboro facility, was tempered by the CEO noting that these two facilities have relatively high margins potential.
