U.K. Researchers: New Catalyst Could Boost Diesel Yield in GTL, BTL, CTL
Researchers at Cardiff University Catalysis Institute in the United Kingdom announced January 26 that they’ve developed a mixed-metal catalyst that could improve the total yield of diesel fuel from gas-to-liquids (GTL), coal-to-liquids (CTL) or biomass-to-liquids (BTL) Fischer-Tropsch (FT) processes.
