Jack Peckham is executive editor of Diesel Fuel News and Gasification News. Jack came to Hart 13 years ago from the newsletter group of the Financial Times of London, where he was editor of U.S. Oil Week. Before that, Jack was a reporter for Knight-Ridder newspapers. Jack was a University Board of Governors Scholar at Wayne State University in his native Detroit, Michigan, where he was graduated with a bachelor's degree in journalism and English in 1979. When not traveling on business, he makes his home in Colombia, South America.

Frank Nieto is editor of Gas Processors Report. Before joining Hart in 2007, he worked at U.S. Lifeline, where he was editor of Dail-E News, a daily electronic newsletter covering news in the healthcare supply chain, and Major Account News, a weekly newsletter that provides extensive coverage of the healthcare industry to the provider segment. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Pennsylvania State University.

Theresa Ward is Managing Editor, Downstream Newsletters, for Hart Energy Publishing. Since 1997, Ward has worked as an editor and writer for trade publications covering telecom, energy and business relocation as well as writing business guides to various U.S. cities. Before relocating to the Houston area in 1996, Ward lived in Los Angeles, where she was a writer and segment producer for a variety of syndicated TV programs. She studied French and English at Southern Methodist University, Dallas; the University of Texas, Austin; as well as at the Alliance Francaise in Paris.

Greg Haas, editor for Refinery Tracker and refining editor for FUEL magazine, joined Hart Energy Publishing in 2010 with more than 20 years of combined experience in the downstream petroleum business including time in Exxon's downstream refineries and technology transfer organizations, environmental consulting, and most recently in energy financial consulting an energy equity analysis for sell side broker dealers. Greg's education background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rice University as well as Mechanical Engineering Bachelor and Master degrees.

Louise Poirier has been with Hart Energy Publishing since July 2007. Prior to becoming editor of Ethanol & Biofuels News in September 2009, she was associate editor for Hart's downstream consulting services, the International Fuel Quality Center and Global Biofuels Center. She is also a regular contributor to FUEL magazine. An article she wrote for the March 2008 issue of FUEL, "Supplying Staggering Demand," was a Gold Winner at the 2008 FOLIO: Awards in the Eddie Awards' B-to-B, Energy/Utilities/Engineering, Single Article category. Louise holds a bachelor's degree with honors in magazine journalism and English & textual studies, with a minor in French, from Syracuse University in New York.

Previously, she spent a number of years at Platts and ICIS price reporting/energy news services, producing benchmark assessments and market analysis on crude, refined products, natural gas, petrochemicals and electricity. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Sam Houston State University.
